OUR BOARD MEMBERS

As the Chief Executive Officer of ICG Limited, Raymond Ingleby brings over three decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the global business landscape. Raymond's career is marked by successful ventures, including founding and leading multiple companies to public listings on major exchanges such as the NYSE and AIM. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven shareholder value and business growth.

Raymond's journey began with the founding of Ingleby Group, which he successfully grew and led to a public listing in 1985. After relocating to the United States, he formed Ingleby Enterprises, Inc., which later became Caribiner International, Inc., a company that achieved a peak valuation of over $1 billion under his leadership. His expertise in executing roll-up M&A strategies and integrating acquisitions into core business operations has been a key factor in his enduring success.

In 2012, Raymond became a consultant for Guest Services Worldwide, eventually taking over the company in 2014 and transforming it into ICG Limited. His deep understanding of the advertising and media industry and his commitment to innovation and excellence position him as a driving force behind ICG Limited's continued growth and success.

Raymond is not just a leader but a visionary passionate about creating value and making a lasting impact on the industries he touches. A forward-thinking approach characterises his leadership at ICG Limited. He guides the company towards new opportunities and ensures its place at the forefront of the global advertising and media landscape.

From 2024 to 2025, Tim has served in a number of key leadership roles including Non-Executive Director at AIM-listed Aptamer Group plc, Interim General Manager & CFO at Floral Street Fragrances Limited, and CFO at Rio AI Limited.

Previously, Tim was CEO of software solution provider, Proactis Holdings plc, where he led the company through its successful take-private transaction in 2021. Prior to his CEO appointment, he served as CFO of Proactis Holdings plc, while also holding fractional CFO roles at Avacta Group plc, Eleco plc, and Altitude Group plc.

During his time as CFO at Proactis Holdings plc, Tim played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s M&A-driven growth strategy. Under his financial leadership, Proactis Holdings plc scaled organically from £2 million to £10 million in revenue between 2005 and 2014 and further accelerated to £54 million by 2019.

Earlier in his career, Tim was Finance Director at Mountain Warehouse, prior to which he trained at KPMG, where he became Associate Director. Tim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Alan has a successful 25-year track-record in founding, developing and managing disruptive businesses, both in the private and public company arena. In 2002, Alan co-founded Techtran Limited, the first company in Europe to offer a complete outsourced technology transfer function to universities, which went on to be acquired by IP Group in 2005. Shortly after the acquisition, Alan became CEO of IP Group, guiding the business during a period of significant growth, ultimately to become a member of the FTSE 250.

Alan has served various Chair and Non-Executive positions on the boards of high-profile businesses such as Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc and Ceres Power Holdings Plc. Currently, Alan is a Non-Executive Chair of OxCCU Tech Limited, a spinout from the Chemistry Department at the University of Oxford, which has developed a one-step process to produce e-hydrocarbons. Alan is also a Non-Executive Director at both Rio AI Limited and DeepMatter Group Limited, which utilise AI to minimise environmental impacts for its customers and organisations.

From 1995-2002 Alan was a partner in KPMG and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, as well as Non-Executive Director of the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills and Eureka! – the National Children’s Museum.

Joel Rosenblatt is a multi-disciplined, highly experienced Chairman, CEO and Director with a 25-year proven track record of adding value through brand, private label, manufacturing, retail ,sourcing strategies and common sense. Along with chairing The Helium Sofa Group (Buoyant Upholstery), a VC backed investment, he also sits on the board of Delbanco Meyer & Company Limited and RCA Developments Limited as a Non-Executive Director in the property financing and residential building sectors.

At corporate level he has been involved in the completion of a VC backed MBO, a VC backed MBI, a trade sale to the Welspun Group, a listed Indian PLC, and several roll up acquisitions.

With over 40 years’ experience in the live events industry Ken influenced the evolution of this industry. In more than 15 years at The Freeman Company, he established and built the company’s hospitality technology offering as CEO of the Encore brand to a nearly $1B entity. In 2019, Ken led the successful divestiture of the Encore business to PSAV (Blackstone). While serving as the Chief Development Officer at Freeman Ken lead the acquisition and divestiture of more than 40 businesses. Prior to Freeman, Ken served as vice president of the hotel division for Audio Visual Headquarters (AVHQ) and as EVP & COO of AVSC (then PSAV’s parent company). Ken is credited with developing PSAV's successful hotel services business model, which grew to include more than 500 properties world-wide. In addition, he served as EVP of Video Equipment Rentals (VER), a global leader in the audio-visual equipment rental, and concert touring industry. While there, he oversaw their 18 domestic branches, expanded their business internationally, and lead VER’s global sales strategy.

Ken is well-respected and active within several professional organizations. For more than 38 years, he has been active in volunteer leadership in the industry. Ken was active within InfoComm International for more than 15 years, served 11 years as a trustee and chairman of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Foundation's global Board of Trustees executive committee, leading a multimillion-dollar fundraising campaign for the foundation that supported education and research projects to benefit the events industry. Over the years, Ken has been a member of MPI’s International Board of Directors, served 4 years on the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Foundation and is currently on the executive committee of the US Travel Association.
